At this time we are unable to accept international orders.
Our online merchandise prices are typically the same as those in the stores which carry Gayla Bentley clothing.
We are required to charge state and local taxes of 8.25% for customers who reside in Texas only. This amount will be added to your order when it is totaled by our shopping cart system.
In-stock items are usually shipped within twenty-four hours. However, due to the master craftsmanship and exclusive nature of our apparel, slightly longer lead times are necessary for us. In these cases, your package should arrive within 3 weeks.
When will my order arrive?
Every in-stock order is delivered within seven to ten business days. Other items will be shipped as soon as they are available, and follow the same pattern.
How are shipping and handling charges determined?
They are based on the merchandise total shipped to a single address.
How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses? Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise total shipped to each address. If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included).
How do I track my order?
Find the UPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.ups.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s web site.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Overnight orders placed after 12 noon CT are processed the following day.
What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll e-mail you with a backorder notification, which tells when you can expect to receive the item (Approximately 21 days). If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation.
