We want you to be completely satisfied with every item purchased from us, so within 30 days either-
LOVE IT OR SEND IT BACK!
We’ll exchange or refund your payment, whichever you choose. It’s that easy.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange an item within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please call toll free (800) 496-2940 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and follow these instructions carefully. We are available to take your calls Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM Central Standard Time.
All returned items must be in original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned without a RAN, received later than 15 calendar days after the RAN is issued, or returned in any condition other than that in which it was originally sent will be subject to an additional $10 handling fee. We are not responsible for lost returns. No items may be returned to any specialty stores carrying Gayla Bentley.
PROCESS FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM:
Merchandise Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, call us at 1-800-496-2940 to acquire your RAN and a UPS Customer Return Label (see return shipping instructions below). Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of return merchandise. For all refunds, the original payment method less shipping and handling charges will be credited. For credit card refunds, allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If your order was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. Call us directly at 1-800-496-2940 to indicate receipt of damaged or incorrect merchandise. Please have your packing slip available for reference when calling. Exchanges will be shipped complimentary within the United States. Expedited shipping service is available for an added fee. If an additional exchange is requested, a standard shipping fee will apply.
Uneven exchanges: If the total value of your exchange is less than the total value of returned items, you'll receive the difference in the form of a gift certificate or credit. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the total value of returned items, a valid credit card will be necessary to cover the difference.
Returning or Exchanging a Gift: If you have received a gift from Gayla Bentley Online that you would like to return or exchange, please call us directly at 1-800-496-2940 to acquire your RAN and a confirmation number for an Online E-Gift Certificate which covers the amount paid by the sender minus shipping charges. Please have your gift receipt available to refer to when calling.
RETURNING SHIPPING YOUR ITEM:
Standard UPS Returns: Wrap items securely in original packaging, enclose a copy of the packing slip inside and tape the box securely closed. Affix the UPS Customer Return Label which upon request will be provided to you at no additional cost via email after a valid RAN has been authorized. Legibly write the assigned RAN on the top right hand corner of the box. The return box may be dropped off at a designated UPS center, UPS drop box or given directly to your UPS carrier. You may also contact UPS to schedule a pick up for an additional fee. For a list of UPS locations please call 1-800-742-5877 or visit www.ups.com.
